Reporting directly to the CEO, the Human Resources Director is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing Dairy West’s people strategy across a four-state region. This position oversees all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, compliance, compensation, benefits, employee records, leadership development, and organizational culture.

The Human Resources Director ensures Dairy West attracts, develops, and retains top talent while fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace that reflects the organization’s mission, vision, and core values of Trust, Action, and Stewardship. This role serves as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team and a strategic partner to leaders at all levels of the organization.
